I wanted to personally thank you for joining our family. I know there are a lot of options for you out there but I’m glad you gave us an opportunity to work with you.

I want you to know that we are here to support you 100%. Our mission is to help leave you better off than before you joined our program.

We know that the basics of getting 8 hours of sleep per night, eating mostly healthy foods in the right portions, exercising regularly, and managing our stress in healthy ways have been the keys to being successful in health and fitness since the beginning of time, so why don’t we do them consistently?

The answer – accountability. When kept accountable by someONE, or even someTHING, the things we intuitively know that work become the things that we actually do, and it is this action that produces results. But how can we be sure that our behaviors (in our direct control) are leading us to the outcomes (out of our direct control) that we desire?

At NLPT, we know that the key to making sure our efforts get us the results we want is to consistently measure something – because what gets measured, gets managed. That’s why in addiction to our accountability/follow-up system we are rolling out this month, we want to give you regular access to our state-of-the-art InBody body composition analyzer. By consistently measuring various components of body composition such as body weight, body fat, and muscle mass, you can finally answer the question, “Is what I’m doing ACTUALLY working for me?”
