The following foods are loaded with nutrients and have been proven to shrink your appetite, fill you up, and can even help you drop weight.

Artichokes- just 60 calories and is loaded with fiber that will help you consume less calories

Chili Peppers- contains an antioxidant called capsaicin, which helps burn calories faster (almost double) especially within a few hours of eating it.

Grapefruit- a study showed that having 3 servings a day can help you drop up to 10 pounds without making any other changes to your diet.

Pears- are high in a particular fiber called pectin which helps encourage weight loss.

Tomatoes- high in fiber and water content which will fill you up with fewer calories. Lycopene is an antioxidant that helps decrease the risk of heart disease and other chronic illnesses.
