I’ve always done some lap swimming and trail hiking but never had a steady workout routine. It was always something I was “going to do” but never did.
I saw “No Limit” online and decided to just do it. (Apologies to Nike.) One of the better moves I’ve made. Jeff is a solid trainer. He insists on proper exercise form and execution which leads to proper results. All good.
The environment at No Limit is very positive. The trainers and members know why they’re there.
Since being with No Limit, my opinion of working out is simple: Everyone should do it. Doing otherwise is selling yourself short. Like most good things, results don’t happen overnight. But they do happen.
Staying on track is easy. Going to No Limit is just part of the day to day living, making all of it better.
I recently hiked to the Base Camp of Mount Everest. Fifteen days of tough hiking. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without my time at No Limit.
