What is the investment of the virtual training membership?

The investment is $89/ every 4 weeks. No contract. 7-day notification of cancellation prior to the next billing date.

Will I personally be working with a coach?

You will have access to our live sessions where the coach will coach the group. If you’re interested in more guidance and a personalized program, set up a free consultation.

Will I need any equipment?

We have bodyweight workouts and also workouts with minimal equipment. At most, you will need a large band, sliders, a kettlebell, and a light and medium set of dumbbells. You can find everything in the NLPT Amazon Store.
