My fitness routine was almost non existent before No Limit. I tried working out at home, however I would become so bored doing the same routine without seeing any results. That made it easier to justify my excuses for why I couldn’t or didn’t want to work out. I wasn’t feeling motivated, I needed an extra push. I knew I had the potential to be more than just average and I wanted to see what No Limit could do for me.
I work as a registered nurse on a unit that is both physically and mentally demanding. Not being strong was putting me at risk for injury. Even after just a few cycles of compressions during a code I would be out of breath and would feel sore the next day. Being healthy and fit is actually a positive for my patients as I can care for them better. Every shift I’m educating my patients on lifestyle modifications for medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. I felt obligated to be a good role model and practice what I preach.

Sako, his entire staff, and the other clients are so friendly it creates a very welcoming environment. Its been like this since the first day I came in to talk to Caitie about a consultation. I was paired up with Jeff Allen because of his experience both as an athlete and training athletes. I had played travel ice hockey growing up and it was a perfect fit. I’m so happy I get to work with Jeff. Not only does he have an extensive knowledge base, he also makes my workouts fun. Every month he creates a new program for me that is more challenging than the previous one. I can really tell he puts a lot of thought and effort into designing programs. Jeff truly cares about my success just as much if not more than I do. It’s not just a job to him, he really loves what he does and that makes me even more motivated to workout.
I’m in the best shape of my life! I feel amazing, have more energy, and I’m getting stronger every day. My clothes fit great, I’ve lost fat and gained muscle. I’m no longer worried about a number on the scale because I can clearly see the changes in my body. Not only have I noticed physical changes, but I also have accomplished performance based goals. When I first started at No Limit I could barely do a chin up. Now I can do unassisted pull ups and chin ups. I am beyond happy with my success at No Limit. I feel like I can take on any challenge now!

Working as a nurse I constantly see the negative effects of being sedentary and having a poor diet. I feel that a healthy lifestyle now is an investment for your life. My advice to anyone who is on the fence about working out at No Limit is don’t hesitate and do it. Invest in your health and happiness. It will be one of the best decisions you have ever made, it definitely has been for me. No Limit has changed my life.
