Katherine Sun has been hitting the gym hard!
She has been training with her coach, Mellissa, 2x a week for 2 years now. Recently she decided to increase her training and added boxing with her coach, Zach. On top of personal training and boxing, Katherine also attends group training classes, loves hiking, and attends spin class!
With all of this added training and a consistent food plan, she has become incredibly strong. Not only has she been able to dominate her boxing sessions, she recently blew past her own limit of doing a single unassisted chin up. She didn’t think she could but when she gave it a go she ended up doing it with ease.
This girl makes it look easy. Great Job Katherine! Keep up the good work!
