For those of you who took on my 4 week challenge, it’s our final week to see if we hit goal.  52 of us set a short term goal 4 weeks ago, it’s not just about the first 4 weeks. The first four weeks are enough to get you started and on track to do great things in 2014.

With discipline, consistency and hard work anyone can reach their goal! No excuses!
