What I love about here is that she even calls out our trainers and challenges them which always keeps them on their toes.
She’s lost a whopping 45 pounds in our Orange County Boot Camp and is still on a mission to be great!
Here is Rania Katbi to share her story with you below…
I started boot camp in June 2011 and since then I’ve lost 45 pounds and have gone from a size 20 to a 12. I joined when I saw the amazing progress a friend of mine made in preparation for her wedding.
Before I started, I was heavy, unfit, always tired and most of all, lacked confidence in myself. I hated not only the way my body looked but how it let me down everyday when I wanted to keep up with my energetic toddler, or put on a suit for work, or went out with my friends. In these situations I was always the tired one, the sloppy-looking one, the fat one.
The difference now is that not only have I lost weight and look much better than before, but I’m healthy. I’m fit looking. I can run around with my daughter. I can look professional at my job. I’m confident in social situations.
The formula is simple: go five times a week (consistency is key!), push yourself to the extreme, watch what you eat. The trainers are amazing because they know exactly how to structure the workout to get maximum results. Your body transforms because it’s pushed totally and completely. I now have muscle definition everywhere and the inches melted off in all the problem areas – thighs, tummy, hips – all the places women spend hours unsuccessfully working on at the gym.
Before I can break in the new smaller clothes I have to buy, I have to go get stuff in a smaller size once again. I can see the progress much more in inches lost rather than the scale because it’s healthy and sustainable weight loss. I now can run like a champ, do a bazillion burpees and jump rope till the cows come home (maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but it’s how these workouts make you feel!) I have flexibility, balance, stamina, and strength. I’ve lost weight and inches and have replaced them with lean muscle.
I talk about No Limit Boot Camp to everyone because it WORKS. I only wanted to do a month, but it’s become my very healthy addiction. The caring, encouraging environment that Sako and the trainers create has really helped me progress towards my goal of losing 70 pounds. The weight-loss has been amazing, but it’s the transformation in my confidence and happiness due to my achievements is the real value in this program.
