I have always been one to workout somewhat frequently prior to No Limit. I played basketball, did Crossfit among other activities. However I suffered a back injury from not having the proper trainers and training technique. After the injury occurred I put my fitness routine on the back burner. I ended up gaining over 30 lbs from my time away.

I grew up with Sako and when I moved back into Orange County 2 years ago and spoke with Sako and saw all of our mutual contacts success stories including my brothers, I knew there was only 1 place I would start my workout routine back up than at no limit.

They call it No Limit family for a reason. I started off my first year or so doing boot camps only. It’s the people and the atmosphere alone that makes this gym what it is. As I mentioned doing Crossfit I threw out my back and took some time off. I ended up at my heaviest weighing in at 225 lbs. I started with boot camp and joined in on some of the competitions and less than a year into it I weighed in at under 200 lbs. But injuries from sports outside of the gym slowed me down again. I gained about half of that weight back.That is when I approached Sako and decided to do personal training which catered my workouts around my injuries. And less than a year into PT I am back and healthier than I have ever been. I am no able to do both PT and boot camps throughout the week. And I am proud to say just over two years into No Limit and I am in the best shape I have been in my whole life. The nutrition planning, the catered workouts, the support, the motivation and the weekly success stories should prove to you why this is the only gym you should be at to obtain you fitness goals.

Lots of people are intimidated by gyms, or by “change”. It is never easy going into a new place or routine. But at no limit you feel after a short few weeks that you have been there years and know everyone there. My advice would be to just give it a shot, what do you have to lose. Once you jump in there is no looking back. I am looking forwarding to continuing my current success story and the future challenges that all of the trainers at no limit present.
