Warning – I’m not very good at this….
I loved working out with my trainer, Adam. I had not worked out in years. Having a baby, fighting & beating cancer and multiple reconstruction surgeries had taken its toll on my body. Not only was I overweight but I was incredibly weak.
“In my first session with Adam, I couldn’t even do a simple squat. I literally was unable to squat down & get back up! Now I can do dozens of squats holding 25 lb weights – no problem!”
Adam was incredibly patient with me. He took the time to teach me about my body & how our muscles work. He was encouraging & supportive. I was never someone who enjoyed working out & when I did, just doing 5 minutes of exercises seemed like an eternity. Not with Adam…the time flew & I had a blast working out with him. I’ve lost 15 lbs, replaced flab with muscle & can feel how much stronger I am today. I will continue to work out because I can see the difference it makes in my life. I can’t thank Adam enough for showing me that working out is not a chore but a benefit. A benefit for not only me but my family. I am stronger, healthier and happier!
