It’s often said about great gyms that people come for the workout, come back for the people, and stay for the relationships. There is no better example of that than No Limit. And you never know who you might meet and what kind of relationship you may build. Take Terri Holly and Kim Whiting for example.
Terri says about No Limit:
“About 3 ½ years ago I was doing my usual thing, playing tennis and walking a few times per week when I noticed my weight was beginning to creep back up. I asked a few of my tennis friends, the fit ones if they had a gym they could recommend. One of those friends was Kathy Schafer, and if you know Kathy, you know she has ALWAYS been extremely fit. She told me about No Limit, so I decided to see what it was all about with their 14-day free group training trial. From day one I was impressed, not only with the coaches but with the fellow bootcampers, their camaraderie with one another, and the encouragement they showed me. Even the front office staff called to check in with me afterward to see how things were going! Ever since then I was hooked and never looked back!”
Kim says about No Limit:
“I have always been active and had gym memberships, but had never been consistent with anything until joining No Limit. Little did I know that a simple gym membership would be instrumental in helping me save my life.

It sounds dramatic, but when I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013, I honestly owe my physical and mental strength to Sako and the No Limit team. The support I received from the coaches and members is something I will never forget. No Limit is so much more than a gym, it truly is a family.”
Kim goes on to say:
“Funny things happen when people get together at the break of dawn day after day – they become more than just acquaintances or ‘gym buddies,’ they become great friends. That’s exactly what has happened with Terri and I. Even our husbands have become great friends as well! It’s nice to have someone that will check up on you if you aren’t at the gym, or be there to motivate you when you’re just not feeling 100%. It is a friendship that I value very much.” From total strangers to fellow boot campers, and now great friends who do personal training, Terri and Kim are working towards their goals together.

Terri has been fine-tuning her new vegan diet approach, while Kim is tracking calories and “macros,” showing that even though individual methods may be different, you can get to your goals through the sound principles that govern any successful training and nutrition plan.
