Just started here and it's awesome. Facility is clean, instructors are accommodating, patrons are welcoming. The workouts themselves are intense but effective and fun. I love that there are options to keep things either cardio heavy or strength heavy - your choice. Have tried just about every type of workout available in OC thus far and am happy to finally find something that fits just right. They also have a very wide array of times they do classes which easily accommodates complex schedules.

I just started and am loving it!! I had an especially great experience this morning at No Limit! I usually go to the 5:15s (which I love), but I woke up a little late today and knew I'd be late--still decided to go. Nathaniel had already finished the demo, but he was SO kind and walked me through everything, even helped me with my own quick warm-up. Everyone there was cheering me on just for making it to class, which was honestly so refreshing. I've been to Pilates studios that kick you out and charge you for being five minutes late, so it meant a lot to be somewhere that's just happy you showed up. As a busy mom and working person, that kind of support makes such a difference!

I've been going to no limit for 3 years and signed up for another. I love that there are so many group classes throughout the day that can be easily modified for any level and age. The coaches are awesome and always ensure you are using the proper technique for each exercise. I've never done 1on1 coaching, but I know that everyone that does, really enjoys it too. Another bonus is that they allow you access to the gym 24/7 if you want to get your own workout in after hours.

I have been a member at NoLimit for 7 1/2 years now. My favorite thing about this place is the sense of community the owner, Sako, has developed. It really is like a second family It feels like home when you arrive for your workout for the day. The trainers are so good about learning everyone's names. They remember people's injuries and remember to ask about them. They help make modifications when an exercise is not working for a client. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I am in my best shape definitely stronger than I have ever been.
