Girls Strength & Conditioning
(ages 12-15)

  • Training Dates: WILL RESUME IN AUGUST
  • When: Every Thursday from 7:30-8:30 pm

These sessions are a mix of strength and conditioning to develop fundamentals and help young athletes maximize their sports performance and reach their potential.

Boys Strength & Conditioning
(ages 10-13)

  • Training Dates: WILL RESUME IN AUGUST
  • When: Every Monday or Tuesday from 7:30-8:30 pm

No, this program is open to everyone.

What are the age ranges?

Boys: 10-13 years | Girls: 12-15 years

What happens if I miss a session?

We will have 1 makeup day every quarter you can attend.
