Girls Strength & Conditioning (ages 12-14)
Start Date: 9/21
When: Every Thursday from 7:30-8:30 pm
These sessions are a mix of strength and conditioning to develop fundamentals and help young athletes maximize their sports performance and reach their potential.
Boys Strength & Conditioning (ages 11-12)
Start Date: 9/19
When: Every Tuesday from 7:30-8:30 pm
These sessions are a mix of strength and conditioning to develop fundamentals and help young athletes maximize their sports performance and reach their potential.

Is this only for NLPT members?
No, this program is open to everyone.
What are the age ranges?
Boys: 11-12 years | Girls: 12-14 years
What happens if I miss a session?
There will be no makeups. Just pick back up the following week.

What are the dates and times?
Boys will start on 9/19, every Tuesday from 7:30-8:30 pm for 4 weeks.
Girls will start on 9/21, every Thursday from 7:30-8:30 pm for 4 weeks.
