Kristin is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. She joined the NLPT Team in 2023 and has been on a mission to help as many people as possible feel more confident in their bodies! Through strength training, nutrition coaching, and holding her clients accountable, she has helped them feel lighter, reclaim independence in their own bodies, and improve their overall health.

About our Personalized Nutrition Coaching Program in Orange County
What does it look like once I join?
After signing up with our fitness nutritionist near me in Yorba Linda or Placentia, you’ll start by logging your food intake for 5–7 days, including at least one weekend day. You’ll then submit your log to Coach Kristin, our expert nutrition coach in Orange County, who will analyze your habits and schedule a call to create your first personalized action plan. From there, you’ll have consistent check-ins tailored to the nutrition coaching program you select.
What kind of diet plan do I get?
Every client receives a customized nutrition plan—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Your plan will be based on your lifestyle, preferences, and goals, and may include calorie tracking, macronutrient breakdowns, or portion control strategies. Our fitness nutritionist near Yorba Linda and Placentia ensures your plan is sustainable and results-driven.
How often will I talk to my coach?
You’ll have unlimited access to your fitness nutrition coach via text or email, so the frequency of communication depends on how often you need support or have questions. Whether you’re working toward weight loss, muscle gain, or improved performance, ongoing access ensures you’re never alone on your journey.
During the first 12 weeks of your nutrition coaching program, you’ll have formal bi-weekly check-ins to reflect on your progress, report specific metrics, and receive feedback on what’s working, what needs improvement, and the adjustments needed for the weeks ahead. After that, check-in frequency is based on the plan you choose with our fitness nutritionist near Yorba Linda and Placentia.

Do I get a training plan with this?
Nutrition coaching and personal training are separate services. However, combining both can significantly enhance your results. We offer in-person training in Yorba Linda and remote fitness coaching to complement your customized nutrition plan and support your transformation from all angles.
Is there a minimum time-frame to commit?
Yes—our nutrition coaching programs in Orange County require a 12-week minimum commitment. This time frame gives you a strong foundation, helps you build consistency, and ensures lasting results. We’re committed to your success, and this initial phase sets you up for long-term progress.
