Part-Time Personal Trainer and Group Training Coach

The Role
A No Limit coach delivers structured, high-quality training sessions that help clients improve strength, movement quality, conditioning, and confidence.
You will spend the majority of your time coaching.
You will lead group training sessions, deliver personal training sessions, and guide members through structured programs designed to produce real results.
What You Will Do
- Lead safe, structured, and high-energy group training sessions
- Coach semi-private personal training sessions
- Ensure clients train safely and effectively during every session
- Help members stay motivated and consistent with their programs
- Provide fitness consultations and onboarding sessions for new clients
- Maintain professional session flow and floor organization
- Complete basic client notes and session tracking

Qualifications
- Personal training certification or related degree preferred
- Strong understanding of strength training and movement technique
- Customer service experience is a plus
WE HAVE 2 OPEN POSITIONS
Morning Shift: Start 5/6 am-10/11 am weekdays 3-5 days per week.
Afternoon/Evening shift: Start 3/4 pm- 7/8 pm, up to 4 days per week M-Th. Will discuss during our first call.
Compensation: $20.00 – $72.00 per hour
