1. Sit and do absolutely nothing for 10-15 minutes every day, just clear your head think about nothing.

2. Figure out what you want in life and act on it.

3. Ever morning you wake up tell yourself  ‘My purpose is to__________ today.’

4. Eat more foods that are from the ground or you have to kill, stay away from processed foods.

5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.

6. Make at least 3 people smile each day.

7. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

8. Exercise 4-6 hours every week.

9. Compliment 1 person each day.

10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
11. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

12. Help someone that you know can never pay you back.

13. Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present.

14. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

15. You’re the ONLY person in charge of your happiness, nobody else.

16. GOD heals almost everything.

17. Walk by faith, not by sight.

18. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

19.The harder you work, the luckier you get.

20. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

21. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
