In the beginning, No Limit was a way to change how I looked on the outside, my physical appearance, and as time went on, it became not only doing that but it was rehabbing a previous injury. – So for me, what’s been really neat over the past few years is by working out, I feel like I’ve gained more confidence and it makes me feel great when we go on vacations and I have all this energy.
Recently, we’ve done multiple ski vacations and done five days in a row, all day long, and we feel great. It’s really neat to get off the slopes at the end of the day. One, I feel like I can sometimes keep up with him, which is awesome, but it just makes you feel good. – And as I’ve really enjoyed this change in process, that’s also lent to not only working out more, it’s eating healthier.
I feel better about myself. I not only feel great physically, but I also feel great mentally and that change in mindset has allowed me, compared to when I first started, to really take life, to take full advantage of all the wonderful things that life has to offer. – In addition, we’ve really focused because of what we’ve learned here, based on nutrition, how to eat healthy, and I think that makes a huge difference.
We’ve seen a drastic change in the past six months. – And especially with keeping up with a precocious seven-year-old, really that’s given us a chance to do things together and be healthy together. That’s the next big thing for us to be, I feel like, a great role model for her, to see us come and work out together, eat healthier, and make healthy lifestyle choices so that we can keep up with her.
