Group training sessions at our Placentia gym (near Yorba Linda) are designed for maximum fat loss and conditioning while building lean muscle and keep your joints healthy. These fitness programs are fun and engaging, combining strength and conditioning along with the benefits of expert coaching and a motivational atmosphere in the most time-efficient manner possible.

Our semi-private training program is based on your individual goal. Once we nail down your goal, we then take you through our assessment process to establish a baseline. We will then design a personalized training program for you. This program is designed to progress you from where you are now to where you want to go. Our coaches will guide you every step of the way!
1:1 Personalized Online Training
Customized Online Fitness Programs
This program is a 1:1 fully customized program. Our personalized online training program isn’t a cookie-cutter workout you can get anywhere. We take into account your goals, training history, equipment availability, experience, and more to make sure it’s fully customized to your needs. You’re getting the expertise and guidance of our certified coaches. And, since training is provided online, you can take advantage of personal training whether you live in Placentia, Yorba Linda, the surrounding areas, or anywhere else!
