Speed is a factor that separates good to great and we’ve created a program to educate your kids and prep them to be great!
Our all star coach and trainer Randy Park will be putting on a specialized speed clinic for all young athletes who are looking to Learn proper running mechanics (acceleration/max velocity), improve speed, quickness, footwork, and reaction time. Above is a video of all his young athletes he’s been working with.

This 6 week program is NOT for everyone we will ONLY take 10 athletes per program because it’s a specialized program and we want to make sure every athlete gets individualized attention.
After six weeks your young athlete can expect to:
-Increase foot speed and their vertical jump
-Improve reaction time
-Have a more explosive first step
-Learn proper running mechanics

Max Size per class- 10 athletes

12:00 pm- middle school athletes
1:30 pm-high school athletes

Randy is a certified strength coach .He spent 2 years with Velocity Sports Performance in L.A. trained youth to pro athletes, mentored under Olympic Track coach Chuck Debus while at Velocity. He also worked in the UCLA athletic performance department for 1 year where he worked with multiple sports teams. Currently he is the head strength coach at San Juan Hills high school and has been for 4 years.
