Youth Summer Training

Our 12-week youth training program will help your little ones get stronger, be more active, build confidence, make new friends, and have a blast doing it!

Youth Training Is For:

→ Kids between 1st-6th grade

→ Kids that want to get stronger, feel better and make new friends

→ Non-competitive athletes, since this is not an athletic program

→Kids that need to spend less time on their iPad 🙂

→ Kids that want to be a part of a team with other awesome kids

Regular physical activity can help children improve fitness, build strong bones and muscles and reduce the risk of developing health conditions.

Students who are physically active tend to have better grades, school attendance, cognitive performance (e.g., memory), and classroom behaviors.

The best part is, that it’s another way for them to have fun and stay off their iPads!
