My name’s Aileen and I’ve been coming to No Limit for 4 years now. My experience working with No Limit has been amazing. I initially started with group training classes and then I wanted to try the personal training side, so it was then that I incorporated doing both. That was the turning point in my fitness. I noticed my body changing, obviously more muscle, versus just all cardio and low weights. So definitely the combo was when I noticed a huge difference in my strength and my conditioning. My life right now is I signed up for my first Spartan race, so currently I’m training it’s just crazy even to say that because I’ve always wanted to do a Spartan race but I’ve never found the courage or the confidence to sign up for one and finally I found the courage to do that and it’s because of No Limit that I can do the workouts. And I mean that because before there were so many things that I didn’t think I could do and it’s because of working out here and doing personal training and all the group training classes and all the encouragement from all the trainers that it’s even possible for me to even be doing this Spartan race, so that’s pretty cool. All of my family and friends know how dedicated I am to working out at No Limit and it’s awesome to see my three kids know how important it is to me to work out and live a healthy lifestyle and that they are aware of that and hopefully they can follow in my footsteps. And I just want to add for the people that are already members somewhere else, to be open-minded and try something new and different. Just give No Limit a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed and you’ll come back, just like I did.
