Wooo Weee!! I don’t know about you but I look forward to Mondays… Most people dread it but I actually love it!

This week on of our clients Anthony will be sharing with us what motivates him. Since day 1 Anthony’s been focused, motivated and determined to reach his goal. Nothing will stop him and I can’t waitt to help him reach that goal.

Well here is a little bit about what motivates Anthony below,

Hey Everyone, Anthony here..

What motivates me…well, America was hit by a tsunami of obesity.  Terrified of stretch marks and double chins, I didn’t want to drown.  So I enlisted the help of fitness guru Sako.  Sako pushes me to my limits, has taught me proper lifting technique and eating habits.

Pete, Tony, and Mark alter my heart rate and speed up my metabolism during strenuous boot camp workouts, but ultimately I understand I must take accountability of my body.  I look at life and fitness the same way, I’ve got to work harder than the fat cells that are multiplying and sabotaging my success.

  • I will no longer let unwanted weight trespass on my body.
  • I will not idolize movie stars or recycled fitness articles.
  • I’m my biggest investment.
  • I will work harder than the next person.

Like my old Army sergeant once said:  “No one can beat you, only you can defeat you!”
