I decided to share Nicoles story because she not only NEVER misses a workout, she sometimes does double days too! She’s consistent, has a great attitude and also calls her trainer Alan out daily on his rep counting đ
Don’t let that innocent smile fool you, SHE KICKS A** IN THE GYM!
Nicole also just won an Ipad mini last week for sharing her story and having her name picked from our drawing. Congrats Nicole!
Here’s her story below, I’m proud of you Nicole đ
I started No Limit Boot Camp on Memorial Day of 2012 and I havenât looked back. I had been on a weight loss journey at for a little over a year and had even had a personal trainer at a âsuper-gymâ and it wasn’t for me. I felt lost in the crowd, wasn’t seeing the results I wanted and my trainer looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to do the Tough Mudder. I wanted to properly prepare for Tough Mudder in July and thought the best way to do it was through the boot camps. I am SO happy I did. The trainers are amazing…they will push you to do your best and not give up.
The boot camps are no joke but you always leave feeling like you’ve accomplished something worthwhile.
The biggest obstacle I have had to overcome is getting in my own way. The trainers can only push you so far but itâs up to you to do the rest. Once I got out of my own way I decided to start personal training and my fitness and weight loss results changed dramatically. Since I started P.T. on October 8,, 2012 I have lost 16 pounds!
What I love best about No Limit is the support, camaraderie, and encouragement you receive along with the friendships.
If you are on the fence about joiningâŠjust give it a try. The only thing you have to lose is some weight and but what you gain from the hard work and effort is priceless
